About the Role
As an After School Program Tutor, you will work collaboratively with the on-site Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) team to support students in overcoming barriers to learning. Your responsibilities will include facilitating activities for groups of up to twenty students, supervising playground activities, maintaining attendance records, planning events, and developing educational lesson plans.
About You
Required:
- One (1) year of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Employment eligibility verification.
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid training.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
