- Willingness to drive a 14 passenger van.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, members, and management.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with youth.

- Sincere interest in children, maturity, self-control, and sound judgment.

We have been enhancing the educational, social and moral development of San Antonio's youth since 1939. BGCSA serves 8,000 Club members annually, ages 6-18, at 6 Branches, and 37 on-site school locations in San Antonio's most challenged neighborhoods. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio is to inspire youth, especially those who need us most, to achieve their full potential in a safe, positive, and engaging environment that promotes education, health, and character development.
