About the Role
As an AGENCY ATTORNEY II, you will be responsible for interpreting and applying evolving EEO laws and regulations, formulating policy recommendations, conducting specialized training for management, serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies, drafting legal documents, reviewing investigative reports, providing legal consultation, and monitoring EEO complaint trends. You will also prepare documentation for administrative proceedings and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
About You
Required:
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- One year of satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar or six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne.
Preferred:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of employment law and related practices.
