About the Role

As the Agency Initiatives and Enablement Manager, you will report to the Combined U.S. AVP and be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of agency initiatives. Your duties will include creating risk management plans, maintaining documentation, managing project scope, costs, and quality, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. You will also provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the initiative lifecycle.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of initiative management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing full life cycle initiatives from inception to implementation.
Prior experience in a sales, sales support, or sales leadership role.

Preferred:

Graduate degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Expertise in assessment tools and methodologies for development work.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
