About the Role
As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily agency operations, developing and coaching employees, implementing best practices for retention and profitability, and managing a book of business across personal and commercial lines. You will also track agency retention and EBITDA, provide reporting to ownership, and advise clients on coverage options and risk management.
About You
Required:
- Active Florida 220 P&C License.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance agency operations, including both personal and commercial lines.
- Prior management experience with strong knowledge of agency financials, retention, and EBITDA tracking.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in agency management systems (EZLynx, Applied, TAM, or similar).
Preferred:
- Experience scaling operations or managing multi-location agencies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for financial and retention metrics.
