About the Role
As an Agency Manager, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, manage business operations, oversee billing and vendor payments, and maintain personnel records. You will also be responsible for employee education, performance reviews, and implementing strategies to enhance agency profitability while promoting excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school degree and five years of experience in a health care related field or equivalent.
- Five years supervisory experience in health related services or administrative experience in private duty home care.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, & QuickBooks.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
