AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking an Agency Owner to join their team in Omaha, NE. The role involves building and managing a profitable, multi-line insurance agency with unlimited earning potential through an incentive-based compensation structure.

About the Role

As an Agency Owner, you will be responsible for launching and developing your own insurance agency, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships. You will receive strong support throughout the process, including a detailed deployment plan, comprehensive education, and resources to help you grow your business. You will also benefit from complementary lead programs and various bonus opportunities as your agency develops.

About You

Required:

Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing at candidate's expense.
$75K proof of investable capital available for investment into your own business.
Ability to pass background checks including criminal history and credit/financial checks.

Preferred:

Business or industry-relevant experience.
Completion of a Business Plan/Cash flow analysis with assistance from AAA.
