About the Role
As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will build production-ready AI agents, create pipelines for LLM-based reasoning, and collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions for chip design workflows. Your responsibilities include implementing multi-step reasoning agents, optimizing agent performance, orchestrating agent coordination, deploying workflows on cloud platforms, and translating complex workflows into agent-driven solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software development in a cloud environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems.
- Solid working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend cloud services (preferably AWS).
Preferred:
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or frameworks.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns at scale.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or autonomous reasoning.
- Track record of deploying agentic AI systems in production at scale.
