Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Experience Specialist for their Salesforce Platform in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on enhancing user experience through AI-driven solutions and intuitive interactions.
About the Role
As an Agentic Experience Specialist, you will design and implement AI-powered solutions that create natural interactions between users and AI systems. Your responsibilities include conducting user research, designing conversational interfaces, prototyping, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing user experiences based on feedback and data analytics.
About You
Required:
Deep understanding of conversation design principles and NLU concepts.
Strong user research and empathy skills.
Experience with conversational prototyping tools and prompt engineering for Large Language Models.
Experience with Salesforce products, particularly Service Cloud and Einstein.
Excellent writing and dialogue scripting abilities.
Ability to interpret conversation data and analytics.
Experience consulting directly with customers.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications in conversation design and AI voice interfaces.
Experience engaging with C-level executives on AI and UX strategies.
Proven ability to facilitate experience-based design workshops.
Understanding of agent-to-agent and agent-to-human ecosystems.
