FullStack is seeking an Agentic Full Stack Developer (Claude AI 4.x) to join their team remotely in the USA. The role involves working with clients to deliver production-grade full stack systems and leveraging advanced AI technologies.
About the Role
As an Agentic Full Stack Developer, you will either integrate into client teams for direct collaboration or work within a FullStack product team to design and build solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing frontend and backend systems, deploying applications in cloud environments, and ensuring the application of best practices in AI and software development.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience delivering production-grade full stack systems.
- Deep architectural knowledge of modern frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Python) ecosystems.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Proven production experience with Claude AI models (Haiku 4.x, Sonnet 4.x, Opus 4.x).
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code (Sonnet/Opus).
- Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience containerizing and orchestrating services using Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred:
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of LLM limitations, prompt injection risks, and AI safety.
- Experience with asynchronous AI systems and managing context windows efficiently.
