About the Role
As a Sr Site Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will work independently to support computer systems, software, and peripherals. Your responsibilities include documenting, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware and software. You will provide training and support to end users, mentor Site Infrastructure Support Technicians, and may oversee contractors at multiple sites. Additionally, you will document and analyze software and hardware issues, assist with business continuity plans, and ensure a high-quality technical experience for executives.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree in related field; minimum 4 years applicable IT experience; Bachelor's preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, Mac Operating Systems, and MS Office Software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- A+ Certification.
- Incident and problem management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
