Konecranes is seeking an Agreement Sales Representative for the Heavy Equipment - Crane Industry to join their sales team in Seattle, WA. The role involves selling service and maintenance agreements to customers who own overhead cranes.
About the Role
As an Agreement Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. Your daily tasks will include targeting potential clients, preparing sales offers, managing the CRM funnel, and assisting in customer relations. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-starter with independent drive to stay disciplined with sales tasks.
- Ability to hunt for new accounts and grow existing accounts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; PC skills.
Preferred:
- Industrial education and/or sales experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Experience meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size.
- Prior experience with cranes.
Benefits
- $60,500 base salary.
- Uncapped commission.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of $75,000-$110,000.
