About the Role
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for production-grade use cases. You will curate and manage datasets, work closely with engineers to integrate ML models into larger systems, and ensure that AI solutions are efficient and maintainable. Additionally, you will maintain thorough documentation for reproducibility and team collaboration.
About You
Required:
- Solid hands-on experience with AI/ML systems from development to deployment.
- Proficient in Python; familiarity with TypeScript or Go for integration tasks is a plus.
- Strong command of tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, Llama-factory, VLLM, Megatron-LM, and CUDA.
- Comfortable working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows for ML applications.
- Previous experience in high-paced, innovation-driven environments (e.g., startups).
- Background in systems-level optimization for machine learning workloads.
