About the Role
As an AI/ML Project Manager, you will own and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, create and maintain detailed project plans, and act as the primary point of contact between various stakeholders. You will lead Agile ceremonies, translate technical progress into executive-ready updates, and ensure collaboration across a multi-vendor ecosystem supporting AI strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of hands-on project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex software or AI/ML product deliveries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum software teams, preferably in AI/ML or cloud-native product environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Familiarity with healthcare data environments, including HIPAA, PHI, payer systems, or healthcare benefit structures.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies (e.g., LLMs, NLP, retrieval-augmented generation).
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
