EY is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant - Life Sciences Sector - Manager to join their team. The role involves delivering innovative AI solutions tailored to the life sciences sector, enhancing data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
About the Role
As a Manager in AI Native Engineering, you will lead workstream delivery, manage technical teams, and engage with clients to develop AI solutions that enhance commercial and patient outcomes. You will be responsible for researching, building, and implementing scalable AI systems, continuously improving processes, and identifying new business opportunities within the life sciences domain.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
- 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
- Strong skills in Python.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-impact AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
- Proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing and deep learning.
- Extensive experience in DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or other quantitative field.
- Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
- Strong skills in languages beyond Python: R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C.
- Experience with image processing techniques and/or speech and audio processing.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in life sciences.
