EY is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant - Life Sciences Sector - Manager to join their team. The role involves delivering innovative AI solutions tailored to the life sciences sector, engaging with clients, and leading technical teams.
About the Role
As a Manager in AI Native Engineering, you will lead workstream delivery, manage professional employees, and engage actively with clients to deliver complex technical initiatives. You will research, build, and implement scalable AI systems, enhance data pipelines, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with life sciences professionals to tailor AI solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
- 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
- Strong skills in Python.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-impact AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or other quantitative field.
- Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.
- Strong skills in languages beyond Python: R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C.
- Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
- Experience with life science commercial operations data standards.
