About the Role
As a Senior AI Native Engineer, you will work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. Your responsibilities include enhancing data pipelines, optimizing learning processes, and developing AI solutions for life sciences. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their challenges and tailor AI solutions accordingly, while contributing to the delivery of data science and big data technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-6 years of full-time experience in AI and/or Machine Learning.
- Strong skills in Python.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
- Proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing and deep learning.
- Extensive experience in DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in hybrid collaboration and emotional agility.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in technology.
- Strong skills in languages beyond Python such as R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C.
- Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
- Awareness of trends and new technologies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences space.
