About the Role
As the AI Enablement & Field Intelligence Lead, you will travel to active jobsites, shadow project teams, and develop a deep understanding of construction workflows. Your responsibilities include capturing expert knowledge, synthesizing field observations into actionable insights, maintaining a knowledge base of construction technology, and enabling field teams to adopt AI-assisted workflows.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of construction industry experience with time spent on or around jobsites.
- Deep fluency with the construction technology landscape.
- AI literacy with experience in building workflows and automating processes.
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Comfort with heavy travel (60-80%) to jobsites.
- Natural credibility with construction professionals.
Preferred:
- Direct experience with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PMWeb, OpenSpace).
- Background in construction technology or AEC innovation.
- Experience in technology evaluation or strategic advisory roles.
- Familiarity with AI product development.
- Comfort operating in a consulting structure.
