EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Platform Architect to join their team in Iselin, NJ. The role involves serving as the technical backbone of EisnerAmper's AI transformation, focusing on the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the EisnerAI Platform.
About the Role
As an AI Platform Architect, you will architect and scale the EisnerAI Platform on Azure, design core data and application layers, codify AI governance policies, serve as a technical mentor, lead AI performance engineering, optimize prompts and model configurations, manage AI costs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver executive dashboards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud platform architecture, infrastructure engineering, or AI/ML platform development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- 3+ years of experience benchmarking, evaluating, and optimizing LLM-based systems in production environments.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or MBA with technical focus.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate certifications.
- Experience with data platforms like ADLS Gen2, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
- Knowledge of AI search and retrieval pipeline optimization.
- Experience with governance and compliance tooling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, TypeScript, SQL.
- Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record in designing data governance frameworks.
- Experience in managing cloud cost optimization initiatives.
