About the Role
As an AI Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, consulting, and client teams to ensure projects are on track and requirements are documented. Your responsibilities will include project management activities, maintaining documentation, facilitating stakeholder meetings, supporting deployment activities, creating technical diagrams, and providing hands-on technical support.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, technical support, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, Informatics, or a related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
- Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and structuring to support AI solution development.
- Experience supporting projects through requirements documentation, coordination, or technical execution.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, AI agent configuration, or rapid prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project and delivery management platforms.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical workflows, diagrams, and specifications.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts through professional, academic, or applied project work.
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in learning new tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams that include engineering, consulting, and client stakeholders.
