LTIMindtree is seeking an AI Sales Leader - Hitech to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves leading sales and solutions for AI platforms in the hi-tech sector, focusing on strategic account growth and solutions leadership.

About the Role

As an AI Sales Leader, you will be responsible for owning revenue and pipeline targets for strategic hi-tech accounts, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will shape AI use cases and collaborate with partners to build joint go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will engage with C-suite executives, craft compelling narratives, and mentor team members to build a high-performing sales team.

About You

Required:

10-15+ years of experience in enterprise sales/account management for cloud, data, or AI platforms.
Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Deep familiarity with AI & data platforms, including LLMs and agentic AI, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Preferred:

Prior experience at or selling into hyper-scalers, AI labs, or platform companies.
Background in consulting/SI/advisory with exposure to complex, global accounts.
MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
