About the Role

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will engage with customer research teams to design datasets and environments that enhance frontier model performance. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, probing model behavior, developing evaluation frameworks, and translating research objectives into actionable plans. You will also stay updated on frontier AI research and serve as a thought partner throughout the sales cycle.

About You

Required:

B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 4+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions engineering or technical customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of frontier AI concepts including LLMs, training data pipelines, and evaluation methodologies.

Preferred:

Experience in applied ML research, data science, or research-intensive technical roles with customer-facing experience.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks and LLM APIs.
Excellent communication skills to deliver technical presentations and explain complex concepts.
