About the Role
As the AI Technical Director, you will lead the technical delivery of Fullthrottle.ai's AI initiatives, translating business needs into actionable AI/ML development goals. You will manage the AI roadmap across various pillars, set measurable success criteria, and coordinate efforts among technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NIST and SOC-2 frameworks, maintaining data security, and providing hands-on leadership to drive projects from concept to deployment.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years as a Project Manager leading AI/ML product or AI technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Machine Learning and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proven ability to balance cutting-edge AI innovation with production readiness and operational reliability.
- Excellent data-driven decision-making and communication skills.
- Experience ensuring AI/ML solutions meet NIST and SOC-2 compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML or project management.
- Excellent team leadership, project management, and strategic planning abilities.
- AWS AI technical delivery experience.
