Summary

About the Role
As a Hospice Aide, you will assist with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and other daily living activities according to nursing orders. You will provide support to caregivers, deliver care in various settings, communicate with the hospice nurse about patient status, document care provided, and participate in the development of care plans. Additionally, you will maintain a professional image, comply with safety policies, and participate in training and quality improvement programs.
About You
Required:
- STNA certification
- Current BLS certification
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Must have own transportation and provide proof of current liability insurance
Preferred:
- One (1) year experience in home care or other related healthcare experience
