About the Role

As an Air Compressor Field Service Technician, you will start each day at the Rockland shop, loading your truck with necessary parts before traveling to customer sites across New England. Initially, you will shadow experienced technicians for 4-6 months to learn the trade, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Once trained, you will independently manage service calls, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain a high standard of safety and organization.

About You

Required:

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability.
Reliable, consistent attendance.
Clean driving record and ability to pass ongoing drug tests.
Willingness to learn and complete a structured 4-6 month training program.
Ability to travel up to 1-1.5 hours for jobs.

Preferred:

3-5 years of compressed air industry experience.
Experience with copper/aluminum piping systems.
Electrical troubleshooting skills.
Prior work in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems.
Rigging and installation experience.
