About the Role
As an Air Quality Technician 2, you will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance and installation work on HVAC equipment, leading a team of technicians, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. Your duties will include repairing air conditioning and heating systems, reading blueprints, maintaining inventory, and performing various maintenance tasks as needed.
About You
Required:
- Appropriate EPA certification as 'technician' per Section 608 of Clean Air Act.
- 6 months of verifiable experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
- 1 course or 3 months of experience in blueprint reading.
- 1 course or 3 months of experience in hand and power tool operation.
- 1 course or 3 months of experience in minor welding operation.
Preferred:
- 6 months of experience as Air Quality Technician 1.
- Experience in general maintenance and building maintenance.
