Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Airport Lounge Attendant to join their team at The Club located within the Charleston International Airport. The role involves providing food preparation, cleaning, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an Airport Lounge Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lounge area, restocking food and beverage offerings, completing daily inventory paperwork, and providing excellent customer service to passengers. You will work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and must adhere to health and safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass airport authority security background check.
- Related background in customer service or restaurant/bar service.
- Must be at least 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by law.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and possess verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and push/pull 120 pounds with assistance.
