About the Role
As an Airport Services Work Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customer service requirements with onsite maintenance personnel, answering phones, entering work orders into the CMMS system, overseeing technician scheduling, and implementing work order schedules. You will also run operation reports, comply with safety programs, and work in a diverse environment.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service or dispatching.
- 2+ years of related experience with data entry, scheduling workloads, and processing work orders.
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
- Ability to work Day or Night shift including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
