About You
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, sociology, psychology, gerontology, or at least one year of relevant experience in the human services field.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with disabilities, families, and/or planning and arranging services.
- Experience in case management or care coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
