Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an Alarm Monitoring Representative to join their team in Everett, WA. The role involves monitoring customer security, fire, and integrated systems, verifying alarm activations, and responding appropriately.
About the Role
As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts for alarms, addressing audio and alarm point violations, providing customer service, assisting in troubleshooting alarm systems, coordinating service requests, and generating various reports. You will also maintain a working knowledge of all equipment installed in customers' businesses and homes.
About You
Required:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
At least six months of data entry and computer experience.
Preferred:
Familiarity with security systems and/or monitoring experience.
