About the Role
As the Program Manager for Alert Response Services, you will be responsible for translating high-level strategy into actionable business workflows. Your duties include managing partner ecosystems, designing operational processes, implementing new product features, vetting potential partners, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within the security, SaaS, or video surveillance industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex workflows and third-party alert response partner relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and implement operational improvements.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work across departments.
Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to obtain a burglar alarm license and knowledge of industry-standard alert response protocols.
