CryptoCurrency ICO/Airdrop is seeking an Algorithm Engineer to join their team remotely. The role involves ensuring input data quality, designing and building a data early warning system, and supporting pricing algorithm changes.
About the Role
As an Algorithm Engineer, you will develop data quality rules to monitor data inputs for anomalies, optimize thresholds, and set up alerts. You will also conduct in-depth data investigations for any incidents and propose pricing algorithm changes as needed.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2 to 3+ years of development experience using Python.
Working proficiency with Python, SQL, and/or Java.
Experience in using statistical concepts to identify anomalies.
Experience with cache databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
Experience with job schedulers (e.g., Airflow).
Familiarity with message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred:
Experience with Cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Experience with Quality Assurance.
Experience with Recommendation Systems.
Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and on-chain data.
