About the Role
As a Lead All-Source Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to support intelligence collection, operations, and analysis. You will guide a team in understanding operational landscapes, advise on data sources, and provide time-critical recommendations to military planners and policymakers. Your role will also include leadership and mentoring of other analysts, identifying new opportunities to tackle analytic challenges.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience with conducting all-source intelligence analysis, or Master's degree and 15+ years of experience with conducting all-source intelligence analysis.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with performing analysis to support multi-int fusion, ISR collection and analysis, target development, or exercises.
- Experience with briefing senior military and government officials.
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques, and targeting cycle.
- Ability to define problems and lead the analysis of intelligence data to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to military planners and policymakers.
Preferred:
- Experience as an all-source analyst supporting an Air Force major command.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
