State of South Carolina is seeking an Allied Health Instructor to join their team in Dillon County, SC. The role involves developing curriculum and providing instruction for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program.
About the Role
As an Allied Health Instructor, you will be responsible for developing curriculum outlines, designing instructional materials, and providing classroom and clinical skills training. You will ensure that the syllabus is up to date and that students receive a learning experience that prepares them for the state nursing assistant exam. Additionally, you will assist students in their personal and professional development and participate in community outreach and college activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Unencumbered active license as a registered nurse in South Carolina or another Compact state.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered or advanced practice nurse.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Previous experience teaching at community/technical colleges.
- Experience using a variety of teaching modalities (face-to-face, broadcast, and online).
