About the Role
As an Allocation Clerk, you will work as part of the Staff Allocations Team, responsible for managing the staffing allocations office. Your duties will include coordinating the replacement of nursing staff, clerks, and attendants, and working closely with the Nursing Services Workforce Planning Unit to ensure adequate staffing levels. This position requires working a rotating shift roster from Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 0500-2130.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience to work in a demanding, high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
- High degree of attention to detail and professionalism with the ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Excellent computer literacy in MS Office Suite including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant systems (databases).
Preferred:
- Pragmatic and confident in liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.
