About the Role
As an Allocation Specialist, you will track shed allocations against targets, collaborate with the Allocation Team, Sales, and Operations to align order distribution with company goals, prepare and maintain daily allocation reports using Microsoft Excel, and communicate updates to ensure timely execution. You will also act as a liaison between Sales and packing sheds, direct product transfers, identify and escalate order-related issues, and support Quality Control during the import season. The role requires flexibility, including extended hours and participation in an on-call rotation during peak seasons.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in supply chain, order processing, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
