About the Role
About You
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Internal or External Weld Certification required.
- Ability to read and interpret build sheets and work instructions.
- Ability to work overtime and varied shift assignments if necessary.
- Experience in MIG, TIG, or Fluxcore Welding (Steel and Aluminum).
- Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience for Tier 2, 7-10 years for Tier 3, and 10+ years for Tier 4 with consideration of level of welding capability and complexity of work.
