About the Role
As an Alumni Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining regular outreach to alumni, tracking interactions via CRM, facilitating weekly alumni groups, reviewing intake forms, building rapport with clients, managing reputation through online reviews, and supporting re-admission efforts when necessary.
About You
Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with individuals in recovery.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in behavioral healthcare or alumni relations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field.
- Relevant certifications or experience in peer support, alumni engagement, or case management.
