About the Role
As an Ambassador, you will serve 15 hours or less each week, implementing a consistent approach to discipleship within the FCA Sports Environment. Your responsibilities include providing spiritual leadership, engaging with coaches and athletes, and ensuring that the FCA ministry adheres to biblical standards and policies. You will also work on ministry advancement, talent development, donor engagement, and international outreach.
About You
Required:
- Agreement with and adherence to FCA's Christian Community Statement.
- Ability to lead and provide spiritual leadership through prayer, Bible study, and worship.
Preferred:
- Experience in engaging and equipping volunteers and athletes.
- Familiarity with support raising and donor communication.
