About You
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
- Current Clinical licensure recognized to qualify for position: OT, PT, RDN, RN, or RT.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare business process/operational knowledge/acumen or equivalent.
- Experience and/or strong understanding of working in a clinical setting, particularly in ambulatory care.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
- Exceptional analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and project management.
- Ability to coordinate methods for optimal results and manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and the ability to influence at the provider level.
- Experience in education/training.
- Certified in Informatics.
