About the Role

As an Ambulatory Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, confirming insurance information, and ensuring efficient patient care. You will also handle urgent care calls, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with insurers for prior authorizations. Your role is crucial in providing a respectful and professional environment for patients and staff.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in software and computer systems
Knowledgeable of business office terminology / procedures
Ability to multi-task and work under stressful situations
Effective written and verbal communication skills
1+ year of customer service experience required

Preferred:

Experience with medical office terminology preferred
