About the Role
As an Ambulatory Surgery Center RN, you will assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, provide education and support to patients and their families, and collaborate with the medical care team to formulate and document care plans. You will also be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, ensuring proper documentation, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid RN license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia.
- 1-2 years related nursing experience preferably in an ambulatory health setting.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills.
- Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) within 12-15 months from date of hire.
