About the Role
As an AML Remediation Lead, you will drive AML regulatory remediation across policies, standards, and product risk frameworks. Your responsibilities will include mapping regulatory requirements to internal AML policies, reviewing and validating AML product risk documentation, and developing regulatory traceability and audit-ready documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and AML Operations.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in AML, financial crimes compliance, or regulatory transformation.
- Hands-on experience supporting AML remediation initiatives or regulatory-driven change programs.
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
- Proven experience with regulatory mapping, policy development, and traceability.
- Experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services.
