Eastern New Mexico Medical Center is seeking an AMR Coordinator to join their team in Roswell, NM. The role involves the education, development, and optimization of the Ambulatory Medical Record (AMR) system to ensure efficient utilization and adherence to best practices across clinical settings.
About the Role
As an AMR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing AMR training and education to clinical and non-clinical staff, conducting assessments of new practices prior to AMR implementation, monitoring system utilization, and facilitating onboarding for new clinical staff. You will also conduct ongoing training sessions, maintain AMR user access, support documentation practices, assist with patient portal enrollment, and analyze provider AMR utilization data.
About You
Required:
2-4 years of experience in a clinical setting utilizing an AMR system required.
1-2 years of experience in health information management (HIM) or medical records administration required.
Preferred:
Associate Degree in Healthcare, Health Information Management, or a related field preferred.
RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician preferred or Certification in Health Information Management, Clinical Informatics, or AMR-specific training preferred.
