About the Role

As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior management to identify and execute M&A transactions, conduct financial modeling, and perform due diligence. Your responsibilities will include analyzing industry trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and supporting internal strategy initiatives. You will also participate in transaction execution, including deal structuring and negotiation, while gaining direct exposure to the firm's executive team.

About You

Required:

1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in M&A banking, private equity, corporate development, asset management, or venture investment.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or other business major.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
