About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a Science field.
- 1+ years of experience in Appliance, Consumer Goods, or Food Manufacturing Industry.
- 1+ years of experience with product development tools such as DFMEA, A3, Requirement management, and Stage Gate Development Plan.
- Advanced knowledge of food chemistry and heat transfer.
- Kinetic modeling of reactions in food.
- Ability to analyze mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of control theory and control systems.
- Demonstrated project management and computer skills.
- Ability to travel within the US and global design centers.
- Black Belt/Opex/Six Sigma experience.
- Knowledge of Consumer Reports or other consumer agency evaluation methodologies.
