About the Role
As an Analyst I Credit & Collections, you will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, conduct collection calls, make account adjustments, handle customer deductions, process refunds, and resolve disputes. You will also review credit holds, analyze aging reports, negotiate payment plans, and investigate the creditworthiness of customers while maintaining effective relationships with other teams.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of Billing, AR, and Credit and Collections procedures.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Jesta, SAP, and High Radius.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately.
