About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of experience with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs.
- Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis and real estate finance.
