About the Role
As an Anesthesia-Surgery Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for pre-anesthetic assessments, patient preparation, anesthetic induction and monitoring, and post-anesthetic recovery. You will collaborate with multiple specialty teams, operate monitoring equipment, maintain accurate records, and assist in surgical case flow while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) – must maintain.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the veterinary field as a Credentialed Veterinary Technician.
Preferred:
- Degree in Veterinary Technology and/or Animal Science.
- Prior experience working in surgery, anesthesia, emergency and critical care, or specialty medicine.
