As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests. You will supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members, provide safe medication-related interventions, assess guest health, and contribute to the development of care plans.

About You

Required:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
CPR certification.

Preferred:

1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
